An inspiring meeting and inspired with a guest in the air, around various themes: leadership, management, future of work, motivation, creativity... That is the promise of the meetings that will be held by the Club decision-Makers in HR of Figaro from the start of the year. On the menu, twelve prestigious guests - one per month - on the stage of the auditorium Jean d'ormesson, in the offices of the newspaper, for a conference intended to subscribers of the club. Based on proximity and privacy, the club will be limited to one hundred members. The first two guests will be the general Pierre de Villiers, former chief of Staff of the armed forces and the author of the popular book, "what is a leader?", published by Fayard, and the doctor Laurent Alexandre, entrepreneur, founder of Doctissimo, a specialist in artificial intelligence and possible futures of our society.

Why the creation of this club? For the group Le Figaro , this initiative fits with the same conviction as the one that led to the creation 24 years ago, the price of the HRD of the year. The role and place of HRD in the company are the success conditions to support successful transformations more rapid and complex organizations today.
