ALBANY - A city man who allegedly held up a food delivery driver, forcibly stealing cash from him, was arrested on Tuesday, Albany police said.

Jonathan Smith, 20, was charged with two counts of robbery and a count of criminal possession of stolen property after he approached the victim with a knife and gun and demanded money, Officer Steven Smith said. The incident occurred at about 11 p.m. Jan. 13 on Old Hickory Drive.

Smith was arraigned and jailed.
