Sometimes, even deep at night, it rips American rapper Eminem out of his sleep. Then he tortures question of what terrific scandals he might have been able to trigger if Facebook, Twitter or at least nationwide Internet had already been available at its best. In such nights, Eminem ignites a candle, but not in memory of lost relevancy and excitement potentials. He plods into his writing room, takes a seat and starts working.

He is absolutely Reimwort to Reimwort. Relentlessly he records what can be promoted by rape, murder, hate and dismembered fantasies from darkest corners of his legendary messed-up inner life. At daybreak, high-paid deputies dress results of nocturnal Zermarterungen in music. Shortly reafter, a new scandal song by Eminem appears – and again world simply does not want to jump on it.

For years, this was case until world jumped once more. At beginning of October, Eminem released Storm, a freestyle-staged a cappella piece that ushered in hot phase for his ninth album revival, and at same time aimed for a general settlement with first ten months of Trump presidency. The breathless sequence of accusations, slurs and demarcation was not too original, but Eminem gave first viral moment of his career. More than 40 million times associated YouTube video has been called up so far. Many people don't want to have anything to do with rapper since.

One hears echoes of his achievements in storytelling of Kendrick Lamar, in nasty humor of Vince Staples or ax derailments of Tyler, creator. The most important black rappers of present refer to man who was born 45 years ago as Marshall Mars in a suburb of Detroit – and yet Eminem stands above all for a whiting of American hip-hop market. None of his albums reached street classic status, which is self-evident for Lamars Reportages from Compton, Los Angeles. His concerts at turn of millennium were among first rap shows with a predominantly white audience.

The British Guardian refore came up with a steep sis around corner: sheet described Eminem as first artist to give a voice to those angry white boys who were to grow into Trump's most important voter group years later. The animated videos of his Songs White America (2002) and Mosh (2004) staged Eminem as riots from below and dung fork marches against White House. What was n meant as a critique of Bush administration's wars and civil rights cuts, in fact, anticipated a revenge-of--little-man symbolism, which meanwhile also claimed tea Party and alt-right movement.
