According to United States and United Kingdom, Russia has committed a large-scale cyberattack. The "vicious" attack targets both government agencies and private organizations and should serve, among or things, espionage, said a joint statement published in London by British and US security authorities.

The aim of attacks was to disrupt work of or Governments and to destabilize business activities, said a spokesman for British government.
