In past few years, adult education College in Haar and People's College in south-east with headquarters in Ottobrunn have intensified ir cooperation and thus expanded ir offerings. The joint programme in field of vocational training has long been filled with a separate booklet. And in field of integration courses, qualification of migrants and even of people with German-pent-up needs, spectrum of courses is growing. Christof Schulz, head of VHS-souast, spoke in a press discussion for anor "professionalisation of VHS work" and said that it was more to achieve in Verbund.
These are two self-confident institutions. 9000 Adult students count hair in semester. The youngest inclusive reaches VHS souast, which is also active in Neubiberg, treble churches-Siegertsbrunn, Hohenbrunn and Putzbrunn, even 15 000 people. In hair and in Ottobrunn, you can find your own way in spite of common ground. The VHS souast has been registered as a non-profit company since 2012, whereas Haarers have organized ir adult education in a non-profit association in which community traditionally talks. Thus, 2004 in hair on stimulation from town hall gradually entered afternoon care at schools. The hair VHS is a partner of municipality and is strongly rooted locally, said VHS managing director Alfred Paine. You don't want to change it. Neverless, integration and training of people with a migration background is believed to be able to cope better with Ottobrunnern. It is about German lessons at different levels, integration courses and related degrees. Requests for funding should be made and courses should be offered wherever possible, where people with training and funding requirements are. The VHS souast has experience in cooperation with Federal Office of Migration (BAMF). This is now benefiting hair, which will expand range of courses and use a course room in facility at Hans-Brush-Straße with about 200 refugees. 2016 sat first 22 students in course of integration, which was raised toger with Ottobrunnern, in Haar. He was immediately "rappel full", says Timea Göghova, head of German as a foreign language division. In meantime, four courses ran in parallel, one with a focus on literacy in Hans-Brush-Straße. The success of courses, which are quite intense with up to 20 units a week, makes Göghova at high graduation rate. All participants of first course would have reached B1 level. They all had passed and learned to express mselves fluently in German. The exchange with colleague at VHS souast is tight, says Göghova. The settlement and organisational process runs via Ottobrunn. At same time, cooperation in vocational education and training is underway: "For you, for your employees, for your business", People's colleges are advancing ir joint programme.
The students are to entice m to come to conclusions: for example with certificate system Xpert, head of department Andreas Mayer of VHS souast is referred to as core element of cooperation with hair in this field. Corporate tax practice, human resources, controlling-all this is offered on one, as Mayer says, with 100 lessons at 90 minutes of high level. In consultation with Employment agency, Schulz intends to offer courses for young people to facilitate transition from school to occupation.
With all similarities with neighbouring facilities, Hairer VHS shows itself innovative in 60 year of its existence. Lulezime Prekazi has developed a course in field of "Personality development in profession, EDP and health lectures", in which participants are made fit for working life beyond computer skills and balance sheet accounting. There is a programme for young people and one for adults in coming year. In doing so, se three modules are researching ir potential to find right job. They file ir appearance and presentation techniques to optimize ir project management.
Many young people made ir school graduation, says Prekazi, and are n perplexed. "Young people often do not know what is required." Prekazi promises a precise program with experienced instructors: among ors a "life coach" and a psychologist. "We want to work with everyone individually," says head of department.
