SodaStream bottles recalled for possible injury hazard

SodaStream is recalling about 51,000 carbonating bottles because they may pose an injury hazard when under pressure.

The recall involves the company's one liter, blue tinted plastic bottles with the expiration date of "4/2020" printed on the warning label, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The bottles, which have a blue cap and blue bottom base, were sold at Wal-Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target and online retailers between February 2016 and January 2017.

No injuries have been reported to date.

Consumers are being warned to stop using the bottles and contact the company for a full refund.
