An African American is put in his garden by the police. Officials seem to think his smartphone is a weapon – and fire 20 shots at the man.

In Californian city of Sacramento, an unarmed black man has been shot by police. According to ir own data, officials assumed that 22-year-old Stephon Clark had been armed. In fact, only a smartphone was found next to his body. In total, police gave away 20 shots.

The officials had followed an emergency call because of several car burglaries. Assuming that Clark was culprit, y followed him to garden of his house. The incident occurred on Sunday evening, and police released video footage of infrared camera of a helicopter and of officers ' body cameras. These show two policemen storming property and asking suspect to show his hands. Shortly reafter you call "Weapon! Weapon! Weapon! "and begin to shoot.
