The wall to Mexico stands, at least for example: In California, eight border guard models line up. Whoever is allowed to build the wall will decide next week.

In USA, last two models of planned border wall to Mexico were presented to public. There are now eight prototypes of a wall of steel and concrete on one site in San Diego area, all of which are manufactured by US companies, one of which according to media is to be chosen as builder of controversial border wall to Mexico in coming week.

During election campaign, US President Trump had promised to increase border guard to Central American neighboring state. The core of his plan is a 3,000-kilometre wall that is supposed to seal off US border against illegal immigrants.

For months tender has been running for this controversial project, since mid-September prototypes have been gradually built up. They are between 5.5 and 9.9 meters high and try to meet government's requirements through different Heransgehensweisen. For example, a model with sharp metal edges is waiting for illegal immigrants to stop climbing. Anor is made up of panels that allow you to see or side.

Each of eight prototypes has cost American government up to 500,000 US dollars, i.e. about 423,000 euros. However, financing of actual wall is still unknown. Overall, project is expected to mark a significant amount of more than ten billion dollars – costs Trump largely wants to impose on government in Mexico.

In some refugees, recent construction work in San Diego did not seem downright daunting. Lastly, five refugees from nearby Mexican Tijuana tried to cross border right re. The three men and two women were immediately stopped by mounted police. According to US border guard, since beginning of work on 26 September a total of four or five attempts have been made to cross border illegally.
