Neinor Rental, Neinor Homes' rental platform, has agreed to sell Hacienda Homes, a residential complex located in Málaga (Andalusia), to a German investor, as reported by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on Thursday. .
This complex is made up of approximately 140 homes, commercial premises, parking spaces and storage rooms.
Last June, Neinor Homes announced the start of preliminary conversations with potential investors to explore strategic options in relation to its Neinor Rental rental platform, made up of a portfolio of more than 3,000 rental homes already delivered or under construction.
