SCHODACK -- Troopers founds a 28-year-old man with more than two pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop Friday at Interstate 90, State Police said.
Troopers stopped a car for multiple traffic violations at 3:25 p.m. and arrested the driver, Michael S. Capezzuto of Brewster, Putnam County, after searching the vehicle, troopers said.
Capezzuto is charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana, multiple vehicle and traffic violations, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was arraigned in Schodack Town Court and taken to the Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
