former prime minister Edouard Philippe was re-elected without surprise, mayor of le Havre Sunday morning by 47 votes to 59 at the first meeting of the new municipal council, noted journalists of AFP.

In the second round of municipal elections, last Sunday, the list led by Mr Philippe had won with 58,93 % of the vote in the port city of 170,000 inhabitants, of which he has already been mayor from 2010 to 2017.
