The Portuguese regions of Amadora, Odivelas, Sintra, Loures and Lisbon have left the red zone where trips are not allowed or possible, in an update of the recommendations of the foreign Affairs, released on Friday.

In Spain, the province of Lleida in Catalonia and the province of Huesca in Aragon are banned to travel as Leicester in the United Kingdom.
