The congolese president Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo came home Thursday morning in Kinshasa a brief stint as a private in Belgium, during which he, however, met with king Philippe and prime minister Sophie Wilmès, whereas the opposition to the appointment of a new chairman of the electoral Commission does not disarm, against a background of violence.
Mr. Tshisekedi " is back this morning ", has laconically stated a member of his entourage to the agency Belga.
