The plea deal comes just over a month after the incident on Dec. 18 at the Passions Nightclub on East State Street. Bazemore admitted to taking an ax and hacking at an electrical box that sat on a wall outside of the club.

Police arrived after receiving a call from a witness around 5 a.m. and found Bazemore sitting nearby with a yellow ax.

Bazemore caused over $500 worth of damage, according to his attorney.
