An inter-ministerial Conference public Health, bringing together 9 ministers of the different levels of power around the "testing" and the follow-up of contacts of people infected by the coronavirus, has validated on Monday the principle of a "certificate of quarantine" that could affect everyone, whether employed or not.

This medical certificate will be built-in during the week to professional software of general practitioners. These will be in effect in first-line for the issue, after having tested positive for a patient, or to have learned from him that he has been previously in close contact with certain other persons (such as those living with him).
