The Oregon Ducks are expected to have a Signing Day full of fireworks and have added a pair of commitments in the past 12 hours.

After registering a verbal commitment from George Moore, the nation's No. 1 junior college offensive lineman, last night, Oregon added some depth in the secondary, as Rivals three-star safety Billy Gibson committed to the Ducks over offers from Miami (Fla.), Nebraska, South Florida and Syracuse.

Oregon's official Twitter account, @OregonFootball, announced the signing Wednesday morning:

Gibson was one of several players rumored to be a silent commitment for weeks leading up to Signing Day.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound safety, out of Southridge High School (Hialeah, Florida), is the third defensive back addition in the class of 2017, joining Under Armour All-American Thomas Graham Jr. and three-star safety Nick Pickett.
