A thrill seeking driver is cited after police say he was doing "doughnuts" in the middle of a park parking lot in Washington Township.

Richard Henry, 19, of Washington just before 9 p.m. Feb. 9 was stopped by a patrol officer at Meadow Breeze Park, 22 Meadow Breeze Lane, in the township. Police said the car was moving in circles on the snow-covered pavement in a "careless manner."

Alleged screaming pedestrian gains attention of cops

Henry was cited for violating a municipal ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was later released with a pending court date.
