The traditional day May 1, which will be held on Wednesday is part of a social and political context of the tense. The various rallies and demonstrations organized by the trade unions will take place just two days after the government seminar organized to implement the announcements of Emmanuel Macron, unveiled last Thursday, to try to get out of the crisis which began with the "yellow vests". As usual, the trade unions will not make a united front in order to make themselves heard in the face of a president and a government accused of disparaging the social dialogue. No common call to mobilization has been launched at national level by the central ; but the activists can decide, if they wish, to come together at the local level. This is for example the case in Paris, where the CGT, FO, FSU, Solidaires, Unef, and the UNL were called to scroll together.
