A "plague of our lives", a "danger" or even a "struggle". The government so far has not ran out of words to condemn the hate speech online. But in the face of intensifying anti-semitism, or cyberstalking, it must now take action. Mounir Mahjoubi, the secretary of State for Digital, and Marlène Schiappa, secretary of State for Equality between women and men, today announced their plan of action. He has an arsenal of legislative and non-legislative, including the entire chain of cyber-harassment.
