Laurent BERGER. - This report summarises the main points that we discussed during the 18-month consultation has been fair and transparent. The CFDT finds his claim that a comprehensive reform is possible. There are positive points, such as the proposed retention of the device career long for people who began work young, or devices of solidarity for people who have had careers chopped. There are more questionable as we will try to develop.
