Laurent BERGER. - This report summarises the main points that we discussed during the 18-month consultation has been fair and transparent. The CFDT finds his claim that a comprehensive reform is possible. There are positive points, such as the proposed retention of the device career long for people who began work young, or devices of solidarity for people who have had careers chopped. There are more questionable as we will try to develop. I think the nature of the taking into account of the strenuous working conditions, the development of conditions for the implementation of a pension actually chosen, or progressive end of a career, or the guarantee of a minimum pension that we want to bring to 100% of the smic.
