A new driver to be installed in the cockpit of Airbus. At the end of the general meeting of shareholders which takes place this Wednesday in Amsterdam, Guillaume Faury, president of Airbus Commercial Aviation (AAC) since February of 2018, must be appointed as executive chairman of the giant european aeronautics, defence and space.

At 51 years, which he celebrated in February, Guillaume Faury (X-Supaéro) succeeds Tom Enders, who waived to run for a third term. On this occasion, Airbus is conducting a simplification of its governance with the abolition of the post of president of AAC, the subsidiary dedicated to commercial aircraft.
