The streaming fee shall confirm and sign. Following the results of the national syndicate of phonographic publishing (Snep) for the first half of 2019, the subscription platforms of music like Deezer and Spotify is, by far, the primary source of income of the music industry in France with 138.1 million euros generated between January and June. It is 25% more than last year, and this allows the whole sector to grow its revenues by 12.7 %, to 277 million euros. "France has less than 6 million subscribers," notes the Snep. "The margin of progress remains to be considerable to make this the beginning of growth found in a durable model."
