This is a reform meant to simplify the life of parents. On Tuesday, the government presents Pajemploi+, its platform to enable the generalisation of the third party to pay for child care. Promised by Emmanuel Macron in September, during the presentation of his plan, anti-poverty, this measure will allow parents to do more to advance the aids, which are paid by the State for the payment of the salary of their childminder or home child care. It will also allow them to delegate the payment of the wages to the nanny.

today, parents of children under 6 years of age can benefit from the supplement of free choice of childcare (CMG), a help of which the amount varies according to income, the composition of the household and the age of the child (between 147,83 and 468,82 euros). Up here, parents, employers were required each month to report the net wage to their nanny and then pay it by advancing the amount of this aid. The CMG was then refunded up to fifteen days later. With Pajemploi+, this advance-fee disappears. Parents should always declare at the end of the month the net salary of their nanny but they did not pay more than the rest to load (the salary, after deduction of the amount of the CMG). Pajemploi will calculate automatically, as soon as the statement, and will then deduct this amount in two days on the bank account of the parents. It is also Pajemploi+ who will pay the salary total on the bank account of the childminder, or the home care service. In the case of a childminder approved, the employer is already exempt from payment of charges, it is a beneficiary of the CMG.

in other words, "in adhering to this service, the parent employer has more than a single approach to do for months: declare the wages of his employee," sums up the Urssaf on its website. The use of Pajemploi+ remains optional for parents, employers and subject to a strict condition: the agreement of both parties. The nanny must provide bank details.

If the first interest advanced by the State is to facilitate the life of parents, this reform also allows him to fight against undeclared work: with this system, it is impossible to pay his nanny or by cheque or cash. Pajemploi+ must also encourage parents to opt for this mode of care rather than turn to the nursery where the third-party payer is already in place. "The time to reach the complement of guard mode could be an incentive for some parents, particularly single parents, to prefer the crib, even if it was less convenient. It is our policy to adapt to the realities of families, not the other way around," says Christelle Dubos, State secretary to the minister of Health, in the columns of the Parisien-today in France . The membership Pajemploi+ should also allow an easier transition to the withholding at the source for the nannies who will not be in theory more of a delay of payment of wages. As a reminder, the entry into force of the latter had been extended to January 1, 2020, for the employees of private individuals.
