Three people were injured following a collision on Sunday in Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs, in the Laurentians.

The accident happened a little after noon on the way to Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs. According to initial information, the driver of one of the vehicles going down the slope lost control and collided with another car traveling in the opposite direction.

The three people in the first vehicle were injured and taken to hospital. At least one of them suffered serious injuries, but we do not fear for his life, ”said the Sûreté du Québec, early Sunday evening.

The area was closed for a few hours to allow investigators to analyze the scene.
