A passenger allegedly strangled an Air Canada flight attendant on a flight from Vancouver to Brisbane on Friday, according to Australian news.com.au.
The flight was scheduled to land at 7:40 a.m. Friday morning, but had to make an emergency stop in Honolulu due to the incident.
According to a witness, the man also groped several women before being handcuffed with plastic ties.
He would have run in the aisles touching the buttocks of passengers, and even lifting skirts. Heavier men would have finally managed to immobilize him. He was reportedly handcuffed with plastic ties.
A video taken by a passenger shows the man as he shouts. “I hardly feel my hands anymore!”, can we hear in the extract.
At this time, authorities have not commented on the event.
