The 21-year-old Norwegian has been on fire since the start of the season. In the final game of his roster, the power forward netted his 24th goal in 19 games in all competitions, approaching 200 career goals. He has scored three hat-tricks since joining the English Premier League.
“Erling is so obsessed with goals. He already has around 200 goals, so he can probably go to 600, 700 or 800 if he stays fit and continues what he's been doing. The one who has three goals and nine assists in 14 games since the start of the campaign is in awe of the number 9's level of play.
“He is still a young player enjoying his life and taking his football very seriously. He likes to score goals, so I think that's the thing that makes him so unique,” said De Bryune
Recall that Haaland signed with his newcomer last June from his training club, Borussia Dortmund, in Germany.
