Airbus shareholders will vote on the 1.8-euro dividend proposal this Wednesday

This Wednesday the general meeting of Airbus shareholders is held in Amsterdam (Netherlands), where the proposal for the distribution of a dividend charged to the 2022 financial year, already announced during the presentation of results, of 1.8 euros per share, will be approved. as notified by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

The meeting's agenda also includes the renewal of non-executive directors Ralph D. Crosby Jr, Mark Dunkerley and Stephan Gemkow, who will be renewed for a period of three years.

Likewise, the appointment, also with a duration of three years, has been proposed for Antony Wood, who replaced Paul Drayson on the board last December, as a non-executive director.

Airbus board members are renewed every year in blocks of four and for a duration of three years, ensuring a "smooth transition" that maintains the right skills among directors, the company explains.
