Airtificial achieves contracts for 68 million euros until September, 4.2% more than in all of 2021

Airtificial has achieved a contracting volume in the first nine months of the year of 68.3 million euros, a figure 4.2% higher than the awards for the entire 2021 financial year and 15% above all those for 2020, according to The company reported this Tuesday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

In the third quarter alone, the company was awarded contracts worth 20.1 million euros, which, added to the 48.2 million in the first half, total an amount of 68.3 million euros for the first nine months of the year.

The company has highlighted that these figures "confirm its turn towards the path of profitability and the success of its strategy of geographical and sectoral diversification".

Airtificial has stressed that the contracts it has been awarded come from "first level" companies located in Spain, Mexico, China, Peru and different European countries.

Among the awards achieved between January and September by Airtificial are new production and assembly lines, testing or improvement of existing facilities in the automotive sector, state-of-the-art means of transport or computer systems that ensure care and respect for the environment .

The Intelligent Robots division of Airtificial added new projects in the third quarter worth 12.2 million euros, reaching the accumulated figure of 43.6 million in the first nine months of the year.

For its part, its infrastructure division, Inypsa Civil Works, won contracts for 6.7 million euros in the third quarter, up to a total of 16.1 million euros in the first nine months of the year. Among the projects awarded, the one promoted by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition stands out for the creation of a digital tool capable of managing the information on air quality available in Spain.

The general director of Airtificial, Enrique Sanz, has stated that "the set of contracts for 2022 confirms the growth potential in the sectors where the company operates, especially when they occur in a situation of great uncertainty".
