Corporación Financiera Alba has executed the sale of its entire stake in Artá ​​Capital, which will become an independent manager owned by its management team, as reported this Wednesday by the investment arm of the March group to the National Securities Market Commission ( CNMV).

This purchase and sale agreement was announced in June 2021 and its execution has proceeded once the conditions established therein have been met, among which was reaching a minimum amount of commitments for its Fund III, the company has specified.

Despite the sale, Alba has assured that it maintains its investor "support and interest" in Artá, with the commitment to invest 100 million euros in this Fund III.

Artá will continue to manage all the vehicles in force, Deyá Capital and Artá ​​Capital Fund II, in which Alba maintains its participation as reference investor.

The investment arm of the March group acted as the majority founding partner of Artá ​​Capital in 2007 to take advantage of the opportunity to create value that was identified in direct investment in the capital of companies not listed on the Spanish market.
