She will run in the constituency of the same name.

In 2017, Ms. Tremblay was elected under the banner of Ensemble Montréal, the party of Denis Coderre. In July 2021, shortly before the elections, however, she chose to become a defector by joining the party of Valérie Plante, for which she won the following elections in the district of Champlain – L’Île-des-Sœurs.

Since 2016, the constituency of Verdun has been represented by Isabelle Melançon, for the Liberal Party.

The CAQ also formalized during the same press briefing the candidacy of Audrey Murray in the riding of Maurice-Richard. The “Journal de Montréal” had reported the information at the beginning of the month.
