The reigning Champions League side would like to secure the services of the 18-year-old goalkeeper, according to specialist journalist Fabrizio Romano.

The MLS website, however, reports that Slonina could stay with the Fire until the end of the 2023 season, on loan terms, if the two clubs come to an agreement.

Since becoming the Illinois team's right-hand man, Slonina has had nine shutouts in 25 games. It should be noted, however, that the Fire is currently one of the worst teams on the circuit, having tasted victory only 11 times in its last 48 games.

Slonina recently confirmed that he wants to play internationally with the US national team. Poland had tried, without success, to convince him to wear the colors of his parents' native country.

Adam Buksa would move to France

Forward Adam Buksa, who plays with the New England Revolution, is reportedly set to join French club RC Lens.

According to reports from mlssoccer.com, the Poland international could be sold as early as this summer's transfer window.

Buksa enjoyed a meteoric rise last season registering 16 goals and four assists in 31 games for the 'Revs'. He continued his momentum this year, having scored seven goals in 10 games in MLS.

According to the French daily “L’Équipe”, RC Lens have submitted an offer of around 6.5 million dollars for the 25-year-old striker.
