The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) is asking for the public's help in finding an 82-year-old man suffering from Alzheimer's disease, who has been missing since Thursday morning in Montreal.

The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) is asking for the public's help in finding an 82-year-old man suffering from Alzheimer's disease, who has been missing since Thursday morning in Montreal.

Yves Allaire was last seen in the morning near the ATM located at 2959 rue Sherbrooke Est, in the borough of Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie.

According to the SPVM, he travels mainly by taxi.

“He has Alzheimer’s disease and suffers from cognitive impairment. Investigators fear for his health and safety. He could be confused and disoriented,” it was reported.

Mr. Allaire is 1.68 meters (5’6”) tall, weighs 65 kg (143 lbs), has blue eyes and white hair.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a dark raincoat and a blue, white and black plaid shirt.
