It is the first time since 2019 that Apple has cut profits and sales and this despite the fact that in the last quarter of its fiscal year, from July to September, it achieved a record income for this period from the sale of iPhones, with 43,805 million dollars (41,238 million euros), 2.7% more than in the same quarter of 2022.

In contrast, the technology giant's sales fell 0.7% in its last fiscal quarter, to 89,500 million dollars (84,294 million euros), despite achieving a historical record of service income of 22,314 million dollars (21,016 million euros), 16.3% more than in the same quarter of 2022.
