MADRID, 24 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The board of directors of Atresmedia Corporación has agreed to distribute a dividend of 0.18 gross euros per share, on account of the results of the financial year 2022, on December 14, as reported this Thursday to the National Securities Market Commission ( CNMV).

Specifically, the company will distribute said amount for each of the 225,732,800 shares of 0.75 par value representing its share capital, of which 554,376 are treasury shares, for which reason the economic rights inherent to them have proportionally attributed to the rest of the shares, in accordance with the provisions of article 148 of the Capital Companies Law.

Once the settlement of the interim dividend has been executed, the withholdings established by the applicable tax regulations will be applied.

As the shares are represented by book entries, the payment of dividends will be made through the Securities Registration, Clearing and Settlement Systems Management Company (Iberclear) and its participating entities. Banco Santander will act as paying entity.
