Atrys Health and its subsidiary Aspy Prevención have signed a contract for the sale of 24.9% of their shares in Professional Group Conversia to the company Arraigo NW Segundo for an amount of 20 million euros.

As the company explained to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), of this amount, 14 million euros have already been disbursed upon signing the contract, while the remaining 6 million euros will be paid in the first quarter of 2023. .

This partial divestment from Atrys is part of its strategic plan, focused on its three divisions of Prevention Medicine and Health Promotion, Diagnostics and Oncology.
