Bank of Spain sanctions Bnext with 120,000 euros

The Bank of Spain has sanctioned Bnext Electronic Issuer with 120,000 euros for not having informed "in a timely manner" of the acquisition and reduction of indirect significant holdings in the entity itself, according to the supervisor through its website.

Bank of Spain informs that it is a "serious" violation. A 40% reduction contemplated in article 85 of Law 39/2015 for voluntary payment has been applied to the fine.

The resolution date was July 28. The sanction is firm in administrative channels.
