BBVA will propose at the meeting the payment of a complementary dividend of 0.31 euros per share

MADRID, 14 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The board of directors of BBVA has agreed to propose to its next ordinary general shareholders' meeting, which will be held on March 17 in Bilbao on second call, the payment of a complementary dividend charged to the financial year 2022 in the amount of 0.31 euros gross per share.

If approved, said dividend would be paid on April 5, as reported by the entity to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on Tuesday.

Once the corresponding tax withholding has been deducted, the amount of the complementary dividend will be 0.2511 euros.

The last trading day for BBVA shares with the right to participate in the distribution of this dividend will be March 31 and the first trading day for the bank's shares without the right to a dividend will be April 3.
