Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker was rushed to hospital in Los Angeles on Tuesday for an as yet unknown reason, according to several American media.

Earlier in the day, the musician wrote on Twitter: "God save me".

His wife, Kourtney Kardashian, was spotted by his side as he was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for further treatment.

His 16-year-old daughter Alabama asked his admirers to send positive thoughts to his father to help him transfer this difficult time.
