In all likelihood, the driver lost control of his vehicle.

The latter would have crossed the eastbound lanes, the central reservation, and the westbound lanes to end up on the right shoulder, to the west.

The incident would have occurred at the height of kilometer 31, near Léry.

The truck, which was carrying batteries, overturned on its side.

The man is currently in a hospital center, where he is in critical but stable condition.

Highway 30 is currently closed westbound at kilometer 35.

Motorists are invited to take Route 132 to make their trips.

Eastbound traffic remains fluid.
