COVID-19 is spreading everywhere these days and it continues to affect the team of the play “Symphorien”, who after an initial postponement of performances last week, must extend their downtime due to illness to coronavirus.

We first had to postpone the performances from July 13 to 17. Now, we must do the same for the performances scheduled for July 20 to 24 at the Théâtre du Vieux-Terrebonne.
Productions Martin Leclerc said in a press release on Wednesday that the actors should put on the costumes of their characters again from Tuesday, July 26, at 8 p.m.
Ticket holders for postponed performances are asked not to contact the theater directly. The ticketing team will contact all buyers by email or phone over the next few days to relocate them to new dates, subject to availability.
The play "Symphorien" stars François Chénier (Symphorien), Martin Héroux (Éphrem), Michelle Labonté (Madame Sylvain), Nathalie Mallette (Mademoiselle L'Espérance), Patrice Coquereau (Oscar Bellemare), Anne-Marie Binette (Marie- Madeleine) and Stéphan Côté (Dr Jetté, Curé, Donat Labonté and Beaulac).
It is directed by Louis Saia and Pierre Séguin. The texts are by Pierre Huet and Louis Saia. Presented at the Théâtre du Vieux-Terrebonne until August 14, the play will then be given a tour across Quebec. So far, nearly 35,000 tickets have been sold. All the dates are here [symphorienlapiece.com].
