Desarrollos Especiales de Sistemas de Anclaje (Desa) will make effective this Thursday the payment of the third dividend for this year, of a total of 0.28 euros per share, as reported by the company to the National Securities and Markets Commission (CNMV).

The general meeting of shareholders of the listed company held on June 27 approved the payment of this dividend, which in net figures will be 0.23 euros per share. The distribution of the first dividend of 2022 took place last June, for a gross amount of 0.28 euros per share, and the second was paid a month later, in July, for the same amount.

The third payment will take place this Thursday and raises the total amount of profit sharing among shareholders to 1.5 million euros, which increases the payment per share to 0.84 euros for the year as a whole.

In 2021, Desa also paid a total of three dividends for a gross amount of €0.28 per share each (€0.84 per share in total), representing a dividend yield of 5.4%.

This remuneration is part of the company's policy of making various payments to shareholders throughout the year, in line with the positive evolution of the results and after presenting positive results.

The amount of the dividend is paid in accordance with the provisions in force for depositary entities, using the means that Iberclear makes available to said entities, with GVC Gaesco Valores being the entity designated as payment agent.
