Dominion earns 33.2 million until September, 10% more, and raises its operating profit by 17%

MADRID, 26 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) -

Dominion recorded a comparable net profit of €33.2 million for the first nine months of this year (before the attribution of the result to its new Renewable Energy partner), which represents an increase of 10% compared to a year earlier , as reported by the company on Wednesday.

Between January and September, the multi-technological services and projects company increased its sales by 7%, to 807 million euros, while the gross operating profit (Ebitda) exceeded 88 million euros and the operating profit (Ebit) stood at 52 million euros, 17% more than in 2021.

The company has highlighted that it follows a "solid" trend of growth in sales and margins, above the objectives of its strategic plan.

"We maintain a sustained growth of the business, which anticipates a good end of the year, despite the unfavorable context with the increase in operating and financing costs", assured the CEO of Dominion, Mikel Barandiaran.

On the other hand, last Friday the company completed its second buyback program and has already announced that it will redeem the 8 million shares acquired, equivalent to 5% of its capital.

With this second program, shareholder remuneration through the redemption of treasury shares has already risen to 11% in the last two years, and represents an additional remuneration to the dividend of 13.5 million euros that was distributed last July.
