Elecnor earns 4% more until September and increases its turnover by 16.4%, with 2,760 million

The Elecnor Group recorded a consolidated net profit of 73.7 million euros during the first nine months of this year, which represents an increase of 4% compared to the same period of the previous year, maintaining the "strong" dynamism of previous quarters. as reported this Monday by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Between January and September, the turnover stood at 2,760.4 million euros, with an increase of 16.4%, while the attributable consolidated net profit rose by 18.9%, reaching 69.5 million .

At the end of the period, the group's consolidated sales reached 2,679.8 million euros, which represents an increase of 13.4% over the first nine months of 2022.

Both the national market (which represents 42% of the total) and the international market (58%) experienced a "notable" advance, of 11.4% and 14.9%, respectively.

The company has highlighted in a press release that this "positive" evolution in the group's magnitude has been possible thanks to the increase in the volume of activities related to essential services that Elecnor develops in the United States and in European countries, mainly Spain and Italy, and to the execution of sustainable projects for the firm's business in Australia, Brazil and Chile, especially.

Elecnor's portfolio of signed contracts pending execution as of September 30, and whose execution is scheduled for the next 12 months, amounts to 2,466.8 million euros (compared to 2,408.4 million at the end of 2022).

Of this figure, 74% corresponds to the international market and 26% to the national market.

The group, which develops the management of its services, projects, renewable energy and infrastructure activities, through Elecnor, Enerfín and Celeo, "plans to maintain the good line in the remainder of 2023 thanks to its solid portfolio of contracts and the geographical and activity diversification.
