MADRID, 23 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC) has approved, on March 16, a resolution establishing the amount of remuneration for the technical manager of the gas system -a function performed by Enagás- for 2023 and for the year of gas 2024, as well as the financing quota for the year 2023.

Specifically, the remuneration of Enagás as technical manager of the system for 2023 is 16.03 million euros, while for the gas year 2024, which covers from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024, it has been set at 27.17 million euros, as published by the Official State Gazette (BOE).

For its part, the fee for financing the remuneration of the technical manager of the system in 2023, as of April 1, 2023, will be 0.566%, which will be applied as a percentage of the billing of access tolls to the networks. of transport, local networks and regasification facilities for each year of gas, and on the invoicing of fees for basic services for access to underground storage, including, where appropriate, the premiums resulting from the auctions of capacity and penalties.

This fee will be invoiced by the person responsible for invoicing the tolls and access fees, as of April 1, 2023.

This resolution puts an end to the administrative procedure and a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against it before the National Court, within a period of two months from the day following its publication in the BOE.
