The president of the Instituto Español de Analysts, Lola Solana, and the financial director of Fluidra, Xavier Tintoré, have signed the entry of the company into the board of trustees of the entity's Foundation.

The agreement "will allow the members of the Institute to have the extensive experience of the company," they explained in a joint statement on Monday.

With the incorporation of Fluidra, the Foundation's board of trustees has 16 organizations, which have the objective of "impacting society with their knowledge and experience".

Solana has expressed his satisfaction with the agreement and has highlighted "the experience and knowledge of a company like Fluidra".

Tintoré, for his part, has indicated that the company can contribute "knowledge and experience as a global company to promote its work of creation and development of thought in the field of economic and financial activity".
