Hiring Director is the highest paid profile in Spain currently within the construction and real estate sector, with a salary that can reach 120,000 euros per year if you have a decade of experience in a multinational located in the Community of Madrid or Catalonia, according to a report by LHH Recruitment Solutions, the consultant for the selection of qualified talent and managers of the Adecco group.
They are followed by the profiles of delegate and commercial director of Real Estate Promotion, whose annual salaries are around 90,000 euros; and those of technical director and group leader, with salaries of 85,000 and 75,000 euros per year, respectively.
Likewise, the profiles of Real Estate consultant and Head of Studies can reach a salary of 65,000 and 62,000 euros per year, respectively, in a multinational company in Catalonia or Madrid, when they have more than ten years of experience.
Finally, there are the profiles of BIM Manager, Hotel Development Analyst, and Land Manager, who earn 60,000 euros per year in a multinational based in Madrid or Catalonia.
Within the Logistics and Purchasing sector, the report reveals that the person in charge of Transport Purchasing is the highest paid profile in Spain, with a salary that can reach 120,000 euros per year if they have more than ten years of experience in a multinational in Madrid or Catalonia.
On the next step, with a maximum remuneration of 70,000 euros per year, is the position most in demand in the sector, that of Account Executive. The profile of head of International Traffic is very close, with a salary of 60,000 euros per year if you have a decade of experience in a multinational company located in Catalonia or Madrid.
For its part, within the industrial sector, the report indicates that the Black Belt/Operational Excellence manager profile is the best paid in Spain, with a salary of 125,000 euros per year if a decade of experience in a multinational in Madrid, Catalonia is accredited. or Basque Country.
They are followed by the profiles of Director of Operations, who can receive 105,000 euros per year with more than ten years of experience, and that of director of an industrial plant, with up to 95,000 euros per year.
