Joan Ramón Miró, until now regional director of Catalonia-Aragón of Liberty Seguros, has been appointed as the new director of Intermediated Distribution in Spain, as reported by the insurer on Tuesday.

Miró, who has been professionally linked to Liberty for more than 35 years and has held various positions of responsibility, will report directly from his new position to Jesús Núñez, Executive Director of Distribution and Sales of Liberty Seguros in Europe.

"The good figures of the business that he manages in the Catalonia-Aragon region, where he worked as regional director; a detailed knowledge of the mediated business, both outside and inside the company, and great recognition in the market and among his colleagues, make Joan Ramón the best profile to manage a key business", highlighted Núñez.

Miró, who will succeed Daniel Moreno, has a degree in Business Sciences and Computer Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and also has a master's degree in Commercial Management and Marketing.
