The president of Sabadell, Josep Oliu, has acquired one million shares of the entity at a unit price of 0.89 euros, which raises the amount of the investment to around 890,000 euros, according to the notification sent to the National Commission for Stock Market (CNMV).

This investment was made on December 20 through Oliu's company, Torrellimona, and in two purchases: on the one hand, a first package of 767,849 shares for a price of 0.89 euros, representing a total of 683,385 euros, and on the other, a second package of 232,151 shares for a price of 0.90 euros, which brings the amount to 208,935 euros.

After this purchase, Oliu has a total of 7.19 million shares in the bank, representing a stake of around 0.12% of Sabadell's capital.

Sabadell shares are around 0.90 euros per title. It should be noted that on December 30, the bank will distribute a gross dividend of 0.02 euros per share on account of the results of 2022. In total, it will distribute close to 112 million euros.
