The terms of this acquisition, which should be concluded at the beginning of the fourth quarter, have not yet been disclosed by the two partners.

The agreement provides for collaboration between the two companies in the beverage industry to accelerate the growth of the brand thanks to the expertise of Station Agro-Biotech and the strong sales network of KDP Canada.

With the addition of the Atypique brand, KDP Canada strengthens its positioning in the low-alcohol beverage category.
