Labor Inspectors reject the agreement between Junts and PSOE: "It represents the breakdown of the constitutional regime"

MADRID, 10 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The union of Labor and Social Security Inspectors have expressed their "frontal and absolute" rejection of the agreements between Junts and PSOE for a future investiture of Pedro Sánchez for "violating" the principle of equality of the Constitution.

According to the inspectors, the pact aims to eliminate the obligation that article 9.2 of the Spanish Constitution entrusts to public powers, to promote that the freedom and equality of the individual are real and effective. "In short, a pact that violates current legislation and represents the rupture of the current constitutional regime," the union warned in a statement.

The inspectors have attacked the amnesty law that is intended to be presented in the coming days in the Congress of Deputies. This law calls into question, according to the union, the work of the Spanish judges who applied the ordinary laws democratically prepared by the legislative power.

The union of Labor and Social Security Inspectors has therefore expressed its rejection of a future amnesty law to the extent that it annuls the decisions dictated by the judiciary within its autonomy and independence, breaking an essential principle in democracy. , as is the separation of powers.

"Public officials continue and will continue to serve society, ensuring compliance with regulations, guaranteeing impartiality in the exercise of our functions, without any political interference occurring," the statement concludes.
